Christine Yu, D.P.M.

Christine Yu, D.P.M.Christine Yu completed her undergraduate studies in New York University. Dr. Yu went on to receive her doctorate from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She served as Chief Resident at the Department of Veteran Affairs NY Harbor Health Systems (covering both Manhattan and Brooklyn locations), where she received extensive training in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle, wound care, lower extremity trauma, biomechanics, and diabetic limb salvage. She is committed to providing the most exceptional and compassionate care to each patient she treats.

As a former competitive handball player and swimmer, Dr. Yu has had her fair share of lower extremity injuries and a variety of lower extremity pathologies. In addition to being a foot and ankle surgeon, she is a wife and mom to son Evan. In her free time, she loves to travel, and spend time with family and friends. Dr. Yu is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
